Just a small update on the the first issue.
I finished up the story in Celtx, and did a lot of work on the Poser model.
I didn’t really use Celtx as a screenwriting tool, but more of an organizational tool for all of the characters and locations. Wrote the comic like a short story, since thinking about panel layouts was just slowing me down. I figure I will decide all of that as I go along.
Poser is working out really well for creating the characters. I’ve been resculpting the meshes, and I’m going to start doing the retexturing next. Poser always gives characters a very specific look, but by the time I’m done, you won’t be able to tell they came from Poser ![]()
That’s about all for now. By the end of the year I will have the first issue out, and everything seems to be right on track.
